[ Where they started ]

The Swarm maps who your team actually knows. They wanted that network intelligence where sellers already work, inside Attio, rather than in another tab. That meant a real product build on Attio's SDK, not a workspace automation.

[ What we shipped ]

1. Prototype

   Built at the Attio hackathon

   The first working version came together during Attio's hackathon: enough to prove that warm paths belonged on the record itself rather than in another tab.

2. Phase 1

   App architecture on the Attio SDK

   Record-level integration: a "See Connections" action on any company or person, surfacing warm paths through current colleagues, former colleagues, and wider professional relationships, each with a strength indicator and relationship context, so a seller can pick the best route in rather than guess.

3. Phase 2

   Real-time sync

   Two weeks iterating with The Swarm's team took it from prototype to production: network data synced live, so connection paths and strength indicators are always current.

4. Shipped

   Live in the Attio app store

   Published and installable by any Swarm customer running Attio, and still ours: we maintain the codebase and ship new work against it, now twelve releases deep.
