Question 1

What exactly do you do?

Accepted Answer

We're your fractional ops team. We improve and run the systems, automations, and CRM you'd hire a technical ops person to own: building new workflows, cleaning up your CRM, wiring your tools together, and maintaining it all as a monthly service.

Question 2

What does "unlimited" mean?

Accepted Answer

Unlimited requests, not unlimited concurrent work. Send us as many ideas as you want and they queue in a priority order you control. We work the top item to a shippable version, then pull the next.

Question 3

Do you migrate my current CRM?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you're on HubSpot, Affinity, Airtable, spreadsheets, or another CRM, migrating onto Attio is included and done as your first backlog item. Every record and relationship moves, with a parallel-run period before cutover so nothing breaks.

Question 4

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

From $4k/mo, month-to-month, cancel anytime. Pricing is tiered by the complexity of your stack and backlog. There's no setup fee; onboarding is folded into month one.

Question 5

Who is this for?

Accepted Answer

Growing companies, usually 5–20 people and $1M+ in revenue, that already use modern tools but aren't getting enough leverage from them and don't have an internal technical ops owner. Consulting firms, agencies, SaaS startups, and VC/platform teams are common fits.

Question 6

Is there a guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a first-month satisfaction guarantee. Pay for month one upfront; if it's not right and you've held up your end (onboarding done, access provided, calls attended, scope respected), we refund it in full. After that we're month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
